Alabama LB reveals NFL Draft decision for 2024

Alabama head coach Nick Saban has announced a third player’s decision for the 2018 NFL Draft.

Outside linebacker Chris Braswell has decided to pursue a professional career.

The senior from Maryland revealed his intention to enter the draft on Instagram.

Braswell, a former five-star in the 2020 signing class, had a strong year in 2023 after trailing Will Anderson Jr. for a year.

He grew into one of the Southeastern Conference’s top edge rushers, finishing with 42 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, eight sacks, five quarterback hurries, three forced fumbles, a pass breakup, a blocked field goal, and an interception returned for a score.

In the SEC Championship Game, Braswelll helped the Crimson Tide dethrone a two-time College Football Playoff National Champion (Georgia).

He owns three SEC Championship rings (2020-21, 2023) as well as a CFP National Championship ring from 2020.

Braswell joins linebacker Dallas Turner and offensive tackle JC Latham in declaring for the draft.Alabama supporters are eager to see how Braswell does at the NFL Combine and where he ends up in the draft.
