After Salford City’s departure, Huddersfield Town signs an out of contract player to a temporary deal

Following his departure from Salford City, Stephan Padrao is being evaluated by Huddersfield Town, according to information on their official club website.

The young man is being watched by Huddersfield Town. In their earlier this week 5-1 victory over Rotherham United’s B team, he participated and scored.

At the end of the previous season, Padrao, 18, severed connections with Salford. When his previous contract came to an end in late June, the League Two club made the decision not to extend him a new one.

Since the Terriers have given him a chance to prove his abilities, he has been contemplating his alternatives in the game.

Padrao may be viewed as a player for the future by Town, and the fact that he scored against the Millers will have improved his prospects of landing a long-term deal.

If the Championship team were to sign the adolescent, it may be worth a shot, and he would undoubtedly start with their B squad.

Pedrao has already had a taste of what it’s like to play for a Football League team, having spent the previous season with Salford. Under Neil Wood, their first team is looking for promotion to League One once more after losing to North West rivals Stockport County in the fourth tier play-offs last season over two legs.

Under their new manager Darren Moore, Huddersfield is now focusing on moving up the league. Despite leaving the John Smith’s Stadium, Neil Warnock managed to keep them in the league last year.

The Terriers’ most recent game was a 0-0 draw at Hillsborough against Sheffield Wednesday. Moore will now want to make the most of the current international break to evaluate his newly inherited team and get ready for the upcoming games.
