A disgruntled Burnley first-team player plans to leave in January

Arijanet Muric of Burnley is reportedly dissatisfied and is looking to leave in January to play regular first team games.

James Trafford’s summertime move from Manchester City has caused Muric to lose his position as Burnley’s starting goalkeeper.

Muric is reportedly being pursued by a number of teams, including Champions League teams Union Berlin of the Bundesliga and Sevilla of Spain, according to Sky Deutschland.

Only two of Muric’s outings for Burnley this season have occurred in the Carabao Cup.

With three years left on his present contract, the 24-year-old may try to leave in January, either permanently or through a loan arrangement. He is a goalkeeper for the Kosovo national team.
