Bryson Rodgers, a top 2023 recruit for the Ohio State Buckeyes, has transferred to the college football transfer portal.
According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, Rodgers, who was a four-star recruit by Ohio State football in 2023, will be testing the waters of the NCAA’s equivalent of free agency.
Rodgers saw no action during his first — and only — season with Ohio State football. Despite his lack of playing time in his freshman season, there should be plenty of interest in him given the promise he brought into college after graduating from high school in Florida.
Rodgers received offers from a variety of schools, including the LSU Tigers, Texas Longhorns, Auburn Tigers, Michigan Wolverines, Miami Hurricanes, Washington Huskies, South Carolina Gamecocks, Florida State Seminoles, and Iowa State Cyclones, to name a few.
