Injury News: Lions LT left out by back injury
|Here it comes again!
Center On the Detroit Lions’ expected injury report, Frank Ragnow was promoted to limited practice participant; however, left tackle Taylor Decker is now out with a back issue that would have prevented him from practicing on Tuesday. The Detroit Lions’ game against the Denver Broncos on Saturday prompted the team to release the estimated report.
After playing through a high ankle sprain and bone bruise that he sustained in the season opener against Kansas City, Decker has already missed two games this year. Since coming back, he has had a great season, despite the fact that his performance against the Bears in the loss was the worst of the year, allowing four sacks—more than the entire season. It was a season high, five pressures overall that he gave up.
