Ipswich Town are said to have negotiated a £750,000 price with West Bromwich Albion for Conor Townsend.
The left-back is likely to sign for the Tractor Boys, who were promoted to the Premier League last season.
According to The Telegraph, a cost has been agreed upon, and Tonwsend is cleared to fly to Suffolk.
He will undergo his medical and then sign a long-term deal.
Ipswich has played in the Premier League since 2018, when they joined the Baggies.
If he signs, he will become manager Kieran McKenna’s sixth new signing this summer.
