Former US President Donald Trump was wounded in the right ear in a suspected assassination attempt Saturday evening at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
In addition to Trump’s injury, one bystander at the rally was killed, and two others are in bad condition. The Secret Service stated that the alleged shooter was dead by the agency.
The Secret Service pulled Trump off stage, but not before he pumped his fist in the air and streaked blood across his face.
The former President is “fine,” according to a spokesperson, and he was released from a nearby hospital.
Following the assassination attempt, Indianapolis Colts star linebacker Zaire Franklin expressed his thoughts on the situation.
No cap we might need to push back this election, it's too much going on

Franklin, 28, is a four-time captain for the Colts and was a nominee for the 2023 Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
