On Saturday, Patty Gasso made her fifth addition to the transfer portal this offseason.

Oklahoma added its fifth transfer portal on Saturday.

Former Louisiana pitcher Sam Landry has stated that she will be transferring to Norman.

Last year, Landry tossed 194 innings, striking out 165 batters and walking 65, finishing with a 2.08 ERA. Landry finished the year 24-10, pitching 10 complete games.

Landry finished the year as an All-Sun Belt First Team member and made the NFCA All-Central Region First Team.

As a sophomore in 2023, Landry was named the Sun Belt Championship’s Best Player.

Landry will have one year of eligibility left.

Patty Gasso had five available roster places heading into the offseason, and Landry is the fifth addition through the transfer portal.

Previously, Oklahoma added North Carolina catcher Isabela Emerling, Utah outfielder Abby Dayton, BYU shortstop Ailana Agbayani and Campbell pitcher Isabella Smith
