Myles Garrett, a defensive end for the Browns, has 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and a blocked field goal attempt in six games played. He recently won the AFC Defensive Player of the Week award in Week 7. The two-time First Team All-Pro pick (2020, 2021) has amassed 35 tackles for loss and four straight seasons with 16 sacks. On Sunday, Seattle will attempt to impede the Pro Football Focus 2023 First-Quarter All-Pro pick.
Deshaun Watson; Out: P.J. Walker Starts at QB
Deshaun Watson, the Browns’ sixth-year quarterback, will be out on Sunday with a shoulder issue. Due to the persistent ailment, Watson has only appeared in four games this season. Coach Kevin Stefanski talked about giving Watson time to heal on Wednesday.
“I just feel like with what happened in the game landing on his shoulder,” Stefanski added. “His throwing is being impacted by chronic edema. I believe that resting this week and concentrating on his rehabilitation is beneficial for him. I will always choose what I believe is best for Deshaun and our football team, and this is the greatest choice I believe I can make for this week.”
